Why do you need our corporate contact info?
We require your corporate contact info to ensure you are a travel supplier. We also want to make it easy on property management companies by allowing them to create one profile in which they can upload several properties.
Who is the key contact?
The key contact is the person that will manage the overall relationship with TripAlertz. This can be a General Manager, Director of Sales, Group Sales Manager, or whoever is managing the sales process.
Why does TripAlertz require such a strong password?
TripAlertz takes your online security seriously. We require a strong password to ensure that nobody outside of your organization can log into your account, adjust your account settings, or submit deals for voting and booking. Once you become an approved supplier, please keep your username and password in a safe place and share it only with the members of your organization who need access.
What happens when I submit my contact info?
Once you submit your contact information, a member of the TripAlertz supplier service team reviews it while drinking their morning cup of coffee to ensure you are indeed a travel supplier.
What happens once I'm approved?
You will be notified via e-mail once you are approved. Within the e-mail will be a link to sign in so you can complete your registration and begin loading deals.
